Delete Your River Rock Treatment Community App Account
The River Rock Treatment Community app is published by River Rock Treatment. You can delete your account and its content at any time.
Option 1: Delete from Inside the App (Fastest)
- Open the River Rock Treatment app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and content are removed immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, email app@encyrcle.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my River Rock account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, email address, phone number, and profile photo)
- Your posts, comments, and reactions in the community feed
- Your chat messages and any photos, videos, voice notes, or files you sent
- Your mood check-ins and recovery date
- Your notification settings and device identifiers
What May Be Retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms. Any such records are kept separately from the community app, are not used to contact you, and are deleted once the applicable retention period ends. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
