Intensive Outpatient Program in Burlington, Vermont
Partial Hospitalization Program
River Rock Treatment Center’s partial hospitalization program (PHP), provides a supportive and structured environment that serves as an extension of, or alternative to, long-term, residential treatment. PHP programming is designed specifically to meet each participant where they are in their individual recovery journey, from transitioning out of inpatient treatment to building a foundation of sobriety tools while commuting from home.
Our PHP provides the opportunity to develop, strengthen, and practice recovery, personal and wellness skills through a multi-faceted therapeutic approach. Services that are provided in PHP include; group and individual therapy, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, life skills, 12 step immersion, meditation and Acudetox.
PHP groups meet Monday through Friday from 9-2. Upon completion of the PHP level of programming, participants step down into IOP and attend groups only in the morning to facilitate a slow transition toward graduation.
